Acceptable use
You may only email recipients who have consented or whom you otherwise have a lawful right to contact. Spam, purchased lists, phishing, deception, malware and unlawful content are prohibited.
Plans and limits
The free plan includes one lifetime campaign for up to 100 recipients. Pro allowances renew monthly and are not unlimited. Attempts to evade limits or create abusive accounts may lead to suspension.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed by Flutterwave and renew according to the checkout terms. Access may be restricted when payment fails, a subscription ends or usage presents a security or reputation risk.
Delivery
Email delivery is provided through third-party infrastructure. Delivery, inbox placement and recipient engagement are not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for campaign content, recipient consent, legally required sender identification and promptly honoring opt-out requests.
Service changes
We may update features, limits and these terms to maintain safety, compliance and reliable operation. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
