Information we process

We process account details, subscription records, recipient lists, campaign content, delivery results and service logs needed to operate BulkMailr.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, connect Gmail for user-initiated campaigns, process Flutterwave subscriptions, send essential service notifications through Resend, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and support the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Firebase provides authentication and application storage, Google provides Gmail campaign delivery, Resend provides essential account notifications, and Flutterwave processes payments. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Payment information

BulkMailr does not collect or store your card number, CVV, PIN or other card authentication details. Payment details are entered directly into Flutterwave's hosted checkout and are processed by Flutterwave. We receive and retain only the limited transaction and subscription information needed to confirm payment, provide your plan and manage billing, such as payment status, amount, transaction reference, customer email and subscription identifiers.

Recipient data

Customers must have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to contact every uploaded recipient. Unsubscribed recipients are placed on a suppression list to prevent further delivery.

Retention and security

We retain account, billing and campaign records while an account is active and as required for security, tax and dispute obligations. Access controls, encryption in transit and restricted database rules are used to protect data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting the support address configured for this service.
